Match report A remarkable series of events happend at the home of cricket in this game. Firstly, our Saturday captain turned up on time. Secondly, he decided to bat first. Thirdly, opened the bowling having somewhat struggled in the early stages of the season. And fourthly, TOOK A WICKET! In a match losing spell, he took a further two to bamboozle the rest of the Aldenham squad who were obviously confused by this sequence and not being able to take the final wicket of a determined Waxlow batting line up. The game was soured towards the end of the game due to a childish inciident but most of both teams enjoyed the taste of an alcoholed based drinking session which ended rather late for some of the Aldenham heros!
