Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls,

You are cordially invited to attend the Aldenham Cricket Club Annual General Meeting.

The Meeting will be held in the Social Club from 2000hrs on Weds 25 Oct 15.

Minutes of last year’s AGM are attached for those that wish to see how we have progressed on issues.

Please note:

Club Committee Appointments:  There are currently no planned changes to any of the committee appointments. However, if you would like to stand for any of the appointments please let the Chairman (Mr Simon Letts : sletts@deloitte.co.uk ) know before 0900hrs on Thurs 12 Nov 15.  This is due to a Committee Pre-AGM meeting that evening at which Club appointments and potential alternative runners can be discussed.  There is no obligation to inform anyone else at this point of your intention to stand. 

AGM Agenda Issues:  The AGM Agenda will be very much as it was last year (have a look at the attached if you can’t remember the details).  However, you are invited to submit Any Other Business issues to me (matthew.bazeley365@mod.uk) by 0900hrs on Thurs 12 Nov 15.
