B.      Were Her Majesty to determine that Simon was to be subject to “Death by Hanging” he would be hung by Silk Rope rather than rough Cordage. 

C.      Were Simon ever to be found “drunk and incapable” on the streets of the City of London a Police Officer is obliged to put him in a taxi and send him on his way and cannot arrest him……….result!!!
